We received FIVE complain cases in one day.First, issue on deceased account. Which i donno what had happened coz i out for lunch.Second, easi-credit. Why the hell you tell me it's one hour approval BUT few hours later i still didnt receive any sms?! And why you tell me there's sign-up gift(bluetooth headset) UPON APPROVAL but in fact i have to wait for redemption letter for about 1-2 months?! *According to customer, contact center told him takes about 3 weeks BUT when Mr Yeo checked with easi-credit department, officer said 2 MONTHS. WTF!Third, queue time.Customer took a queue number. But nobody serving. Who's working actually?In the end, P1 and P2 spent nearly two hours to serve the customer coz they enquired about housing loan.OTHERS refused to help. Reason given, you will never learn new thing if i help you.Some just happily went shopping and left their handphone at branch.Forth, same as above.Customer waited for very long but nobody serving.Left the branch and complaint to contact center.Fifth, OC-HM is not open today coz the glass doors at e-lobby are all closed.HARLOO.. i can only say.. KUKU you! Our branch is at the next door okie....Shake head.. Nothing to say......
